Booking Information

Entrance to Elfinston CornerWhen you have decided whether you would like to stay at Elfin Cottage, Elfinston Corner, or both, you should check the Availability pages to see if the dates you want are available. Weekly bookings are Friday to Friday, Short Breaks are Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday. Please telephone or email to confirm Availability and to make a Provisional Booking. You can then download the appropriate booking form for either Elfin Cottage or Elfinston Corner, which includes Terms and Conditions of business. Our booking forms are in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format and you may need to download and install a copy of the free reader software from Adobe. Alternatively booking forms can be posted to you on request.

Fill in the booking form and send it to us at the address below within seven days of making your reservation. You should read our Terms and Conditions of booking carefully because signing the booking form will confirm that you agree to these. In particular please note that no dogs or other animals are allowed, nor children under 12 years old. Due to the thatched roof, smoking, BBQs, fireworks and the like are all strictly prohibited.

We will require a non-refundable cheque deposit of £100 per property per week or per Short Break, which should accompany your booking form. If your booking is made less than six weeks before your starting date, the full amount of the property rental is due.

When we receive your booking form and non-refundable deposit we will mark the Availability calendar to show that the dates you have reserved are booked. We will send you a receipt for your payment together with location details and key arrangement information. The balance of the rental payment is due no later than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday together with a refundable security deposit cheque for £100.
