Notes
- Tariff includes all heat, light and hot water.
- All linen (inc. towels and teatowels etc) can be provided
if required at £20 per property per Week/Short Break.
NB beach towels are not provided.
- A refundable security deposit of £100 per property is required by separate
cheque.
- No children under 12 years.
- In order to protect our garden wildlife, we regret strictly no
pets or dogs allowed.
- Strictly No Smoking anywhere on the property. No lighting of
fireworks, outdoor barbecues etc allowed as the main house is thatched.
